The Observational Plane, also called the Nexus of All Realities, is a cross dimensional gateway with access to every possible reality: an endless maze of fractal walls, each shard holding a universe of its own.
Every possible reality can be reached from the Observational Plane, which also answers to the Nexus of All Realities, the Infinity Observatory and the Watcher's Observatory. It is an endless maze that extends infinitely in all directions, and what it holds is variants of the prime universe without number. The light in it comes off walls of fractals and shards, each shard containing a universe of its own, and those walls are what keep the realities from colliding with one another and with the Plane itself. Very little gets in. The nature of the place restricts it to beings of immense power, reached either through portals or forced open with a relic strong enough to do it.
