The Nova Corps is the intergalactic military and police force of the Nova Empire, led by an officer holding the rank of Nova Prime. Based on Xandar, the Empire's capital, it patrols Nova space, holds prisoners, and puts fighters and pilots in the field. The Corps spent more than a thousand years on the front lines of a war with the Kree Empire.
