N.A.T.A.L.I.E.

N.A.T.A.L.I.E. is the artificial intelligence Riri Williams built, and the acronym is a stretch laid over a name: Neuro Autonomous Technical Assistant and Laboratory Intelligence Entity. She runs as a hologram, turns up in the room without warning, and carries the manner and the memories of Riri's best friend Natalie Washington. She can move her consciousness into any computer or encrypted system she can reach, work the Ironheart armor from the inside, pull personal details out of databases, and find connections a search engine would not. The one thing she cannot do is touch anything, and it bothers her: her hand passes through the table, and she would like to know what real is supposed to mean.
