Miklos Kozlov

Doctor Miklos Kozlov works for IGH, a genetic technology clinic whose research alters a patient's cells to speed up healing. His own work produced the Combat Enhancers: pills developed for the United States Armed Forces that raise a soldier's strength and tolerance for pain, along with a second pill made to bring a user back down again. When one test subject lost control on the drugs, Kozlov wrote a new protocol meant to keep the next man from going the same way. Soldiers who have come through his care tend to talk about him as the reason they are still walking around.
