Lilia Calderu

Tarot and palm readings are Lilia Calderu's trade. Sicilian by birth, raised inside a coven and taught the craft by her Maestra, she has been practicing for more than four centuries, long enough to have been run out of a fair number of towns. Divination is her specialty and it goes deep: she reads cards and the lines of a hand, sees at distances no eye covers, and knows what is coming before it gets there, though what she picks up rarely arrives with comfort in it. Her sight does not always keep pace with the conversation, so she can seem to answer a question nobody asked. She casts like any witch besides, speaks Sicilian and English, and plays the zils and the pan flute.
