Leroy Bradford

Leroy Bradford is a habitual offender from New York City and a client of the law firm Murdock & McDuffie. He has struggled financially for years, living on food stamps and, after a thirty-day sentence cost him an SSI appointment, scrounging through supermarket dumpsters for food. His record with the courts is long, covering trespassing, panhandling, and petty larceny, along with four failures to appear. Tired of expired food and wanting something he could enjoy, Bradford walks into a local bodega with no money and takes five boxes of caramel corn, which puts him in a holding cell asking for a lawyer. Matt Murdock answers the call on the firm's behalf, and Bradford greets him with jokes about his blindness before insisting he wants probation and nothing less.
