Lacont

Lacont is the Prime Minister of India and her country's representative to the Global Repatriation Council, the international body coordinating the return and resettlement of displaced people, in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. She attends the council's talks at its New York City headquarters, where she argues over the Patch Act ahead of the vote. She presses the point that the camps set up to receive people still lack resources, and that the council has to weigh how its decisions look to the public, a position that puts her at some distance from the American representative.
