Krylar

Lord Krylar is the governor of Axia, a city in the Quantum Realm. He is a smooth, well-fed man who wears tinted glasses and a cape, keeps a private transport and an entourage, and holds court over food and drink in a bar that floats above the ground.

Krylar was once a member of the Freedom Fighters, the movement built out of the people driven from their homes in the realm. He knew Janet van Dyne through the years she was stranded there, the two spent long stretches in one another's company, and she told him a great deal about the world above.
