Isis

Isis is the Egyptian goddess of magic, a member of the Ennead, the pantheon of Egypt's gods. In the world of Moon Knight, the Egyptian gods are real beings who have withdrawn from direct contact with humanity, watching the modern world through chosen human representatives known as avatars. Isis observes humanity in this way, keeping her presence on Earth through her avatar while the gods themselves remain apart. She holds a seat on the Ennead Council, the assembly through which the pantheon governs its affairs and debates whether and how the gods should ever step into human events.
