Ingrid is a Black Widow, one of the assassins trained by the Red Room. She was taken from her family as a girl, picked out for the program by General Dreykov, and raised inside it.
Ingrid is a master marksman who usually takes the sniper's position on an operation, holding a target at long range while the rest of the team moves in. She runs the field element of the operation sent into Morocco in 2016, calling for status reports over the radio, coordinating the Widows working under her, and reporting straight back to Dreykov.
