Hek-Sel

When Kasius wants an order carried out on the inhabited floors of the Lighthouse, Hek-Sel is the one he sends. He is a member of the Kree Watch and one of the most trusted of them, which puts him at the head of whatever party is going down. He is Kree, so strength, stamina, reflexes and a healing factor that returns him to a fight quickly all come as standard, along with a lifespan measured on a scale humans do not use. His weapon is a Kree battle ax, and it does more than cut: he can raise an invisible energy barrier with it, solid enough to stop something moving faster than an eye can follow.
