Hammer Industries is a weapons manufacturer founded by Justin Hammer, in Iron Man 2. When Stark Industries shut down its own weapons division, Hammer Industries picked up the arms contract for the United States Armed Forces, and the company pushes to match its rival in every arena it can, from military hardware to motor racing. Its scientists have tried to replicate the Iron Man armor, and it runs a headquarters with its own security and engineering staff.
