Grundroth

Grundroth is a Frost Giant warrior. He serves in the army of Laufey, king of Jotunheim, and stands among the Jotuns who come out of the ice when Thor and his companions cross into that realm.

Like all Frost Giants he is far stronger and more durable than a man, long-lived, quick across broken ground, and able to draw ice out of his own body. Grundroth fights with a pair of ice daggers grown from his forearms, closing fast on his opponents. He takes a strike from Mjolnir hard enough to throw him against a frozen ridge and comes back up ready to face Hogun of the Warriors Three.
