For three decades they stood among the strongest criminal outfits in Chinatown, holding Red Hook Port, taking protection money from local business owners, and keeping a furniture dealer on hand to forge the paperwork for smuggling people into the country. Their rivalry with the Yangsi Gonshi is an old one and has broken into open street fighting more than once. Ho leads them, and the Golden Tigers' nightclub in Chinatown is where their business gets settled.
