Gambit

Remy LeBeau charges things. Whatever he has hold of builds kinetic energy and then lets go of it all at once, which is why his weapon of choice is a deck of playing cards: they are thin, light, and they go exactly where he throws them. A collapsible metal staff does the same job at close range, glowing purple once he has put the charge into it. He fights out of a style built on savate and bojutsu, and moves like a man who has never gone around anything he could go over. The power runs through him as much as out of him, so he hits harder, moves faster and mends quicker than a person should. He answers to Gambit, and he speaks a Cajun French that not everyone can follow.
