Frances

Frances works for the Church of Gibborim, the Los Angeles religion headed by Leslie Dean, and finding new members is her assignment. She and Aura take a Church van out through the city looking for teenagers sleeping rough, and what they offer is somewhere to stay and a place in the congregation. She keeps a taser gun on her for the parts of the job that turn ugly, and wears the bracelet every member of the Church carries. Back at the Church of Gibborim Executive Office she handles intake, sitting recruits down with their forms and calling security when something looks wrong.
