Finn Cooley

Finn Cooley is one of the men at the top of the Kitchen Irish, and his name carries in both of the places the organization works. He ran the New York end, and when Wilson Fisk's empire took the city over he went back to Ireland and left Nesbitt holding it for him. The distance has cost him no authority at all: he gives orders to dozens of men on either side of the Atlantic and expects a room to arrange itself around him when he walks into it. He is patient about getting information out of people, and unhurried about the methods. He also has a son who wanted into the business and would not be talked out of it.
