General Dox commands Minutemen for the Time Variance Authority, the organization that polices the timeline itself, and she is a believer of the old school. Like everyone who works at the TVA, she was once someone else, a person with a life on the timeline, arrested as a variant, her memories wiped, her name replaced with the one she carries now. Whatever that erasure took from her, it did not take the conviction: Dox holds to the TVA's old doctrine of pruning with a soldier's certainty, sits on its councils, and treats doubt in the mission as a failure of nerve rather than a sign of thought.
