Domingo Colon

Domingo Colon is the head of the Colon Crime Family, running the outfit's business out of Colon's Gym in Harlem. He grew up in the neighborhood and has known Cornell Stokes since they were boys, back when Colon's great uncle Pistol Pete came around to talk business with his brother Salvador and the two of them watched Video Music Box. Colon sits down with Stokes and Mariah Dillard at Harlem's Paradise to talk over a new partnership, which he takes to mean money for Dillard in exchange for political cover in Harlem, a reading she corrects at once. He is a blunt negotiator with a taste for insult, dropping candy wrappers on Cottonmouth's floor while telling him he is only a plover bird picking scraps from a crocodile's mouth, and demanding either his money back or the Hammer Industries guns he was promised.
