Supremor Dar-Benn leads a Kree Empire whose homeworld is failing, and holds Captain Marvel responsible for it.
Hala is failing, and Dar-Benn intends to be the one who saves it. A Kree warrior who came up through Starforce and then the ranks of the Accusers, she carries the title Supremor and speaks for a people whose homeworld has burned through a long civil war and whose air is failing. She lays the blame for that on Captain Marvel. Her answer is to take back from the rest of the galaxy whatever she decides Hala is owed: with a Quantum Band recovered from the surface of MB-418 and a Universal Weapon in her hands, she can force open the jump points of the teleportation network and strip resources off other worlds. Kree physiology gives her the strength and the healing to see it through.
