Chantelle Fusilier

Chantelle Fusilier is a mambo and the owner of Damballah Voodoo Tours & Shop in New Orleans. She grew up steeped in the culture, learning to read the cards from her grandmother, and she can speak with the Loa of the Dark Dimension, one of whom, Papa Legba, she married. Her knowledge is well known across the city, and she passes it on through the shop and through walking tours that cover New Orleans history and the successive incarnations of the Divine Pairing. She is the aunt of Evita Fusilier and was present at her niece's birth, recognizing at once that the child shared her gift. Chantelle is generous with her help, reading the cards for Tyrone Johnson when Evita brings him to the shop looking for answers.
