Bullseye Impersonator

The Bullseye Impersonator is an officer of the New York City Police Department. He serves in the Anti-Vigilante Task Force, the unit set up under Mayor Wilson Fisk to move against masked vigilantes, and its members work under looser rules than the rest of the department.

He is a trained marksman, at home with a scoped rifle, and he takes the field in a dark costume cut to match the one worn by the marksman known as Bullseye, with a mask across the upper half of his face. Other task force officers deploy alongside him and hold the ground around his position.
