Bronaja is a boy of Attilan, the hidden city of the Inhumans on the Moon, where society divides by what the Terrigen Mist makes of you: the gifted rise, and those whose transformations disappoint are sent down to the mines. His parents, Loyolis and Paripan, hoped hard on behalf of their children. At the ceremony, his sister Iridia stepped out of the mist with butterfly wings to general delight, while Bronaja appeared to receive nothing at all, and was assigned to the mines beside his father. The mist had not skipped him. It had given him something quieter: at a touch, without warning or control, Bronaja sees pieces of a person's future.
