Bill Fisk

Bill Fisk is a New York man with a conviction that he deserves better than what he has, and a temper that rises every time the world disagrees. He lives with his wife Marlene and their son Wilson, drinks too much, and runs for a seat on the New York City Council on money borrowed from Don Rigoletto, certain the office is his way up. The campaign posters are cut and hammered by Wilson, who is taught to address his father as sir, to distrust quiet people, and to take respect wherever it has to be taken from. The election does not go the way Bill promises. Very little does.
