The Berserkers are warriors of the Einherjar who fought in Asgard's early wars, in Thor: Ragnarok. They spread across the Nine Realms under Odin's command and built Asgard into a powerful empire, until Odin set the expansion aside and held that peace was the way to keep order among the realms. They were buried as heroes in a crypt beneath Odin's Vault, in the Royal Palace of Valaskjalf.
