Amy Minoru is the elder daughter of Robert and Tina Minoru and the older sister of Nico. She grew up at the Minoru Mansion in Los Angeles and grew close to the children of her parents' colleagues, above all Alex Wilder, who remains her best friend. As a teenager she pushed back against her mother by cracking Tina's password and then breaking into the servers of Wizard Computers, the family company, to dig out its secrets, and she keeps up her friendship with Wilder over video games at the Timely Coffee.
