Adrian Toomes' Crew

Before it sold weapons, Adrian Toomes' crew was a salvage outfit. Bestman Salvage held the municipal contract to clear the wreckage from incidents in New York City, and when the Chitauri came down over Manhattan the job was theirs: hauling crashed chariots and ruined alien machinery out of Grand Central Terminal and the streets around it. Then the newly created Department of Damage Control turned up with a federal contract and put them off the site, with a crew's worth of families still to feed. What Toomes and his men had already loaded never went back. Working with Phineas Mason on the engineering, they began cutting the recovered alien technology into weapons and finding buyers for them.
