Ace Peterson

Ace Peterson is the young son of Mike Peterson. He lives with his father in East Los Angeles after a back injury cost Mike his job and his mother left the family, and the two stay close, calling themselves a team. Following the Battle of New York, Ace turns into a devoted fan of the Avengers. On one outing he and his father stop at Mr. Toppy's Toys to look at the Avengers action figures in the window, only to face the fact that their finances will not stretch to a birthday present, and a nearby building explodes moments afterward, leaving Ace in the care of a hot dog vendor while his father runs inside.
