Abdullah

Sheikh Abdullah is the imam at the Islamic Masjid of Jersey City. He gives the lectures, keeps the mosque's rules, and notices when two girls at the back talk through his sermon, though he is more pleased they came than annoyed that they chatted. When Kamala Khan complains that the women's area sits too far from him, he hears her out and reminds her of the rules all the same. He runs the practical business of the place as well, from the coming election for the mosque board to the Eid Al-Adha party, and he treats the building as somewhere people are meant to be made welcome.
