Dryjhna, the Whirlwind Goddess, is the power that dwells in the Holy Desert of Raraku on Seven Cities, and it is from her that the Apocalypse and the rebellion called the Whirlwind take their impetus. She is worshipped fervently across the subcontinent. Her high priestess is the seeress Sha'ik, who is prophesied to open the Holy Book of Dryjhna and raise the whirlwind itself. In the city of Hissar the central colonnade carries her name.
