Urko Crust is the brother of Cartheron Crust, the man who held the title of High Fist before Pormqual, and one of Kellanved's old companions.
The mage Kulp scoffs that he drowned, like his brother, with neither body ever found, and the historian Duiker counts him among the Emperor's men who vanished after Laseen took the throne. Before she became Empress, Laseen counted him among her close companions, with Crust, Ameron and Dassem. Dujek insists some doubt remains that the drowning ever happened.
