Leader of the Bentract Imass in the Refugium, scarred and thick-shouldered, a cave painter whose animals seem to move on the stone while his people stay bare stick figures.
Ulshun Pral leads the Bentract Imass of the Refugium. He is short and heavily muscled, honey-skinned, with overly long arms and thick shoulders, and his body carries the record of a hard life: countless scars, a forearm broken and healed unevenly, a left cheekbone dimpled inward, a nose flattened and pressed to one side. He wears furs sewn roughly into a cloak of mismatched tones and textures. He is a skilled cave painter, and the animals he sets on stone seem caught in motion, while his renderings of his own people are, as Imass belief requires, lifeless and awkward stick figures.
