Tellann

Tellann is the Elder warren of fire and the power of the Imass, named in Gardens of the Moon. The old accounts hold that Tellann gave a cold and empty world its fire and heat, and that the Imass drew on it long before any human mage opened a warren of the kind mages use now.

The Bonecasters of the Imass used that power to work the first Ritual of Tellann, which took the death out of their people and left the T'lan Imass, and the warren has carried the mark of it since. One T'lan Imass describes Tellann as less a place than a time, a matter not of where but of when. The few who have entered it report wet tundra, acrid moss and softened lichen on a warm breeze.
