Teblor
The Teblor are long-lived giant warriors of the Laederon Plateau in northern Genabackis, raiders who worship the Seven Faces in the Rock, including Karsa Orlong of the Uryd.
The Teblor are a people of towering warriors dwelling on the Laederon Plateau of northern Genabackis. Isolated in their high valleys, they live in tribes that measure worth in raids, feuds, and the Fighting Dances taught from father to son, and they look on the human lowlanders below as children. Their gods are the Seven Faces in the Rock. Teblor warriors carry bloodswords, wooden blades soaked in blood-oil until they can break steel, ride massive horses bred to bear them, and mark a final ride with painted battle-masks; a Teblor lives for centuries, coming of age near the eightieth year. House of Chains opens among them, following Karsa Orlong, a young warrior of the Uryd tribe hungry to earn his name in a raid on the lowlands.
