Rhivi Plain
A wide grassland at the centre of north Genabackis, ringed on three sides by mountains and home to the nomadic Rhivi, laid over the bed of an ancient inland sea that has since withdrawn to Lake Azur.
At the centre of north Genabackis, above Pale, stretches a wide plain of flat yellow grass. Mountain ranges and forest close it on three sides, the Barghast Range to the east, the Tahlyn Mountains and the Moranth Mountains beyond, leaving the north open. Its heart belongs to the nomadic Rhivi, whose name the plain carries, and the Rhivi Trail runs from Pale northward through the grass to Patch. Long before any of that, the whole basin lay beneath an ancient inland sea, which drew back over the ages to the borders of Lake Azur.
