Mockra

Mockra is the warren of the mind, and the most common natural talent: no formal training is needed for some people to feel ill thoughts directed at them as a whispering unease or the hair rising on the back of the neck. A practitioner can raise a mental block a victim knows is there and still cannot penetrate, make a target misread the passage of time, take away control of a body, force sleep, or boil a brain in its skull.
