Leff Bahan is a Darujhistan man who has worked as caravan guard, enforcer, Guild thug, and bounty hunter, taking each job as it comes and most of them alongside his partner Scorch. Torvald Nom, an old associate from their criminal days, credits both men with a nasty streak. Leff has a cousin in Mengal who spent so much time in prison that they let him furnish the cell himself. Even he finds Scorch's constant fidgeting hard to sit beside.
