Kalse is an Eleint, a pure dragon whose home is the Hold of Starvald Demelain. Two Letherii who stumble into the Refugium have never heard of that Hold, and when the Imass Ulshun Pral tries to make it comprehensible to them he does it by naming its denizens, Kalse among them, before settling on the plainest words available: dragons, the pure dragons.
