Queen of the Kingdom of Lether and mother of Prince Quillas, Janall Diskanar keeps four consorts, a keep of her own at Dissent, and a battalion that answers to her alone.
Janall Diskanar is the queen of the Kingdom of Lether and the wife of King Ezgara Diskanar, and the couple have one son, Quillas. In the tradition of Letherii royalty she keeps four consorts, and it is rumoured she has given her heart to the first of them, Turudal Brizad. She is beautiful, ambitious, and greedy. When the occasion calls for it she has an elaborate set of armour to hand, its helm filigreed in silver and gold above a tabard covered in beadwork, and a sword of the finest Letherii steel whose pommel is a cluster of pearls set in silver and whose grip is bound with gold wire. She commands troops of her own, the Queen's Battalion, and maintains her own keep at Dissent.
