Hust sword
Blades forged in Hust Hold of Kurald Galain and quenched in dragon blood, self-healing and all but indestructible, possessed weapons that laugh aloud as they cut.
Hust swords come out of the forges of Hust Hold, in the realm of Kurald Galain, quenched in the blood of dragons and made so that they could kill Eleint if it ever came to that. Yedan Derryg reckoned they would shear any other blade in two. They are said to be immortal, proof against damage, decay and deterioration, and a Hust blade that does take harm will heal itself in time. A Hust sword senses anyone of Eleint blood nearby, Soletaken included, though never its own owner, who may carry that blood and wield the weapon regardless. In a fight the sword fuses with the one holding it, warding off exhaustion, magic and ordinary blows alike and sharpening his swordsmanship, sometimes at a savage price, since what the blade attempts can run well past what a body can bear. Hust weapons are possessed, and they laugh and shriek with glee as they cut.
