Eloth is one of the pure dragons of Starvald Demelain, an Eleint whose flesh has partly gone, the gleaming bones of the skull showing between strips of rotted hide. The Imass Ulshun Pral names Eloth among the notable denizens of that Hold when he tries to explain to two bewildered Letherii what Starvald Demelain is, and finishes the list with four words: Eleint, Draconean, dragons, the Pure Dragons.
