Hildibrand Took
Eighth of the twelve children of Gerontius Took, the Old Took, and Adamanta Chubb, Hildibrand was one of the many uncles of Bilbo Baggins.
Hildibrand Took was a Hobbit of the Shire and the eighth child of Gerontius Took, the Old Took, and his wife Adamanta, born a Chubb. Seven of the family came before him, Isengrim III, Hildigard, Isumbras IV, Hildigrim, Isembold, Hildifons, and Isembard, and four came after, Belladonna, Donnamira, Mirabella, and Isengar. Through Belladonna he was one of the many uncles of Bilbo Baggins. He married, though his wife's name is not recorded, and had a son, Sigismond. He died in TA 2934.
