Harlindon

Harlindon is the southern division of the Elven realm of Lindon, cut off from Forlindon by the Gulf of Lune, and like the rest of Lindon it is what stands above water of drowned Beleriand. It is green and fair country on the north-western shore of Middle-earth, west of the Blue Mountains and south of the Gulf, with woods running up to the mountains' feet. The Grey Havens sit at the head of the Gulf, and the elf-haven and harbour of Harlond lies on the northern coast of the region, in a small inlet on the southern shore of its bay. Celeborn and Galadriel dwelt in Harlindon at the beginning of the Second Age.
