Fifth Master of Buckland and lord of Brandy Hall, Gorbadoc Brandybuck was born in TA 2860 and married Mirabella Took, by whom he had seven children.
Gorbadoc Brandybuck, called Broadbelt, was a Hobbit of the Shire and the fifth Master of Buckland, seated at Brandy Hall. Born in TA 2860 to Marmadoc Brandybuck and Adaldrida Bolger, he married Mirabella Took, and seven children came of the marriage: Rorimac, Amaranth, Saradas, Dodinas, Asphodel, Dinodas, and Primula. He was remembered in Hobbiton for the table he kept, which the Gaffer called a mighty generous one. He died in TA 2963.
