Celeborn

Celeborn is Lord of the Galadhrim, and with the Lady Galadriel he rules Lothlórien, the Golden Wood that lies between the Misty Mountains and the Great River. He is tall and silver-haired, and he carries himself in the manner of the very old, grave and unhurried; among the Elves of Middle-earth he is counted one of the wisest. He speaks for the Wood in council, questions strangers closely about the roads they have come by, and sees to it that guests leave his borders provisioned for what lies ahead.
