Anson Roper is the only recorded son of Andwise Roper of Tighfield and a cousin of Samwise Gamgee.
Anson Roper is the only recorded son of Andwise Roper of Tighfield, born in 1361 by Shire Reckoning, and a cousin of Samwise Gamgee. Little is known of him beyond the likelihood that he stayed on in Tighfield and took up his father's trade of rope-making, which is where The Lord of the Rings Online puts him, at the ropewalk and in the business.
