Megumin
Megumin is the Crimson Demon arch wizard of Kazuma's party in KonoSuba, a self-styled genius who has devoted herself to explosion magic alone: one earth-shaking cast a day, after which she cannot move.
KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! gives Kazuma's party its firepower in the form of Megumin, an arch wizard of the Crimson Demons and the first recruit to answer his party listing in Axel. She has staked her entire craft on a single spell. Explosion magic, the most destructive and least practical school there is, consumes so much mana that one cast a day drains her completely and leaves her unable to move, yet she refuses on principle to learn anything else. Off the battlefield she is a textbook case of her tribe's theatrical streak, complete with eyepatch, dramatic poses, and a formal self-introduction naming her the foremost wizard of the Crimson Demons. She keeps a black cat, Chomusuke, whom she styles her familiar, and she fronts her own Explosion-centered spinoff series besides.
