The Crimson Demon Village in KonoSuba is the forest-guarded home of the Crimson Demons, birthplace of Megumin and Yunyun, a small settlement whose main industry is tourism built on grandly named, largely bogus attractions.
Deep in KonoSuba's Kingdom of Belzerg, behind a forest full of genuinely dangerous monsters, lies the home town of its most dramatic tribe. The Crimson Demon Village is where the Crimson Demons live, the birthplace of both Megumin and Yunyun, reached by most visitors through teleportation rather than the well-trodden but monster-flanked road. It runs like any small settlement, with its tailor, baker, fisherman, and fortune teller, but its actual industry is tourism: the villagers maintain a circuit of grandly named attractions, from a petrified griffin to a sword lodged in a rock, whose advertised legends are in most cases invented for the customers. The village suffers periodic attacks and periodic self-inflicted demolition, and rebuilds easily each time with earth golems and summoned demons.
