Cecily

The Axis Order of KonoSuba, the infamous cult of the goddess Aqua, staffs itself with exactly the people its reputation suggests. Cecily is one of its priestesses, serving under Supreme Pontiff Zesta at the order's Arcanletia headquarters, a blonde, blue-eyed woman in the sect's blue nun attire who bills herself as the beautiful Axis priestess. She lives the doctrine of following one's desires: lively, impetuous, vain, and chronically broke, since whatever money survives the order's tithes goes to gelatinous slime. Recruitment is her craft, pursued with the cult's full toolkit of deceit and coercion, and harassment of the rival Eris Order is her hobby, pursued with a vandal's diligence and a victim's air. She keeps a doting weakness for pretty girls, whom she teases without mercy or shame.
