Aqua is the Goddess of Water dragged into the Parallel World as Kazuma's one starting bonus in KonoSuba, an Arch Priest of real power wrapped in vanity, tears, alcohol, and terrible luck.
Aqua sits in Heaven as the Goddess of Water, processing the souls of young Japanese dead and talking a fair number of them into reincarnating in a monster-plagued fantasy world. Her routine ends when the shut-in Kazuma Satou, offered any one cheat item to take along, points at the goddess herself, and she is hauled down to the Parallel World as his starting bonus. There she registers as an Arch Priest, commanding genuinely formidable healing, purification, and party-trick repertoires undercut by rock-bottom Intelligence and Luck. Patron goddess of the fanatical Axis Order, she is also a crybaby, a spendthrift, and an enthusiastic drunk who insists on divine treatment that no one around her is willing to provide.
